I will write “Edward Scissorhands” for my fanfiction. It tells a fantasy story which belong to the popular genres. It is a movie directed by Tim Burton and Johnny Depp as the featured actor. The story is about a man named Edward who has scissors for hands. He was found in the castle by Mrs. Peg. He falls in love with a girl named Kim who is Mrs. Peg’s daughter. But the scissorhands made him can not embrace his love. However, the love story is sentimental one but I will not focus on the love story between Edward and Kim. I will write it from a different view to project the gentle and pure character of Edward in order to reflect the darkness of the human nature. Please give me some advises if you like this movie as well! I have wrote half of the story and I will post it later. Thanks^-^

Hey Jocelyn, excellent choice. Im a fan of Tim Burton films and I loved this movie. Look forward to reading your fanfiction.
Very cool choice: this came out in 1990, so for you guys is I guess it's somewhat retro. ^-^
I'm looking forward to seeing your draft - why not post whatever you have for feedback (the way fanfic usually works). It doesn't have to be finished.
I'm a Johnny Depp fan - especially the earlier stuff like What's Eating Gilbert Grape, Ed Ward, Dead Man, etc. Pirates is of course a fun franchise, but I like the earlier indie and art house stuff. Scissorhands is right up there too! Good luck.
yea i agree Johnny Depp is an awesome actor. I thought Blow (2001) was pretty gud too.
